This scratch brush is designed like a pen for comfort gripping and use, and features a pre-shaped, spring loaded mechanism that controls how much of the scratch brush bristles are exposed. It measures 4-3/4" inches long with 1/16" inch diameter refill. It is great for working in tight places and for electronic applications.
Designed for gentle, non-abrasive cleaning, it is ideal for removing oxidation and residue from metal battery contacts and other delicate components without causing damage. They are great for distressing wood, plastic and other materials for the hobbyist to add the effect of aging to the model prior to staining or painting. They can also be used to lightly remove ink or paint from projects.
