These blocks allow you to level trailing trucks, pilot wheels and tenders. They can also be used for power pick up on static wheels such as tenders, cabooses and any other items that need rail power.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003ePlace the blocks on the track under any item you want to level to the height of the roller bearings, it's that easy. The blocks automatically lock between the rail heads and can pick up power directly from the rails if needed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eTo use the blocks for powering items, use the copper foil tape included with the kit. Peel back the paper protecting the adhesive tape then wrap the tape, \u003cu\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #ee0000;\"\u003ecopper side out\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/u\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #ee0000;\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003earound the grooved channel on the bottom of the block all the way around to the top surface where the wheels will sit until you meet the beginning point.
